Automated Regression Testing

There are many regression tests built that test various aspects of the Dataphor server and D4 language. These tests should be automated so that they can be run. NUnit has been added to the DAE.Diagnostics project and some tests have been built. The tests in the TestFramework.XXX libraries should be automated using NUnit.
